Position:


BlueWave has an immediate opening for Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders and Product Managers to provide quality software and processes, ensuring continuous improvement for internal and external users.

We seek a highly motivated, creative, and self-starting team member both to support BlueWave's immediate business needs and to help guide us in becoming a best-in-class organization. The successful candidate will be driven to support numerous internal clients, with a focus on resolving obstacles to solar development. This person will be focused on delivering timely and quality project management with minimal supervision, as well as contributing to the culture of compliance and good business practices at the company.

. Requirements:
  • Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of projects
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management to ensure that product decisions, plans, and priorities are executed with accuracy, efficiency, and clarity
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the reliable execution of projects
  • Drive definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical and operational feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Develop appropriate project plans to monitor and communicate progress
  • Manage and communicate changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
  • Report and escalate to potential issues or delays to management as needed
  • Perform risk management to minimize, document, and communicate project risks
  • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders/third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Represent the Product Management team internally with other functional areas of the community solar business
  • Provide input to the Community Solar team to set overall business goals and metrics
  • Support and execute the rollout of new tools and processes
  • Travel as needed (expected travel up to 25%)

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor of Science and/or Masters Degree in related field or MBA preferred
  • Minimum of three (3) years of project management or equivalent experience
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, hands-on, and results driven contributor, a team player
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects
  • Comfort with common software tools, including Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce
  • Exemplary communication skills
  • Demonstrated capabilities managing stakeholders with competing interests
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to manage resources and stakeholders across multiple time zones
  • Previous community solar or energy industry experience preferred
